New clients are required to complete a confidential consultation form before their first treatment.

If you are receiving treatment for an illness, please consult your GP prior to booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments provided that 48 hours' notice is given.
Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information held by Massage Magic is treated as private and confidential, in full compliance with GDPR.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Massage Magic reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Preparing for Your Treatment
Please shower at home before your massage and take off jewellery if possible.
